There Seems To Be A Problem - Poem

Hey devil,

I heard you were messing with some friends of mine.
Not complaining, they have God on their side.
But remember that Sister in church,
You think you made her backslide.
Well I'm sure you've noticed,
She came back...
And I know she is beating you alive.

Yo devil,

I see my family you have bound.
There will come a time when they will hunt you down
And not only hurt you until you can't make a sound,
But also tear you apart from the inside and out.

Excuse me devil,

But there seems to be a problem between you and I.
For starters, you say a bunch of lies.
But you see, you can't separate me from my God up high.
You try and try but you fail every time.

It is written devil,

"For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life,
Nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers,
Nor things present, nor things to come,
Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature,
Shall be able to separate us from the love of God,
Which is in Christ Jesus our Lord."
(Romans 8:38&39)

I hope you get this letter devil.
Here is my final warning.

I won't give up.

Get out of town.

Bible Quizzer

Umm.... I had no idea what I was getting myself into lol! This is my first year of Bible Quizzing and man! I love it!!!!! :D I can't wait to go to the competitions!! :D We have to learn over 400 verses but as Bro. Vick & Brendan said "Don't look at the numbers." It's easier when you don't look at numbers and you just memorize and go over them everyday!!! I'm so excited!!! It has motivated me to get done with schoolwork lol. I hope we have a good (NOOO, a GREAT!) team so we can go to more competitions. :) Fun & traveling! Which teams do you know that are awesome Bible Quizzers?? Do you have any tips for a first time BQ??? :)

Coincidence? I think not.

There came a time in my life where I needed to get out from being under the spotlight...  To get away for awhile.  To be alone. To deal with things in my life. And now I'm here :) writing...  I  am currently attending North-West College to become a Pharmacy Technician.  (I also work here during the day) A fellow pharmacy student was talking to me before class... She poured her heart out to me. She was crying-tears rolling down her cheeks. She was hurting. She was contemplating taking drugs again. She was losing her faith in God. And there I was.. A child of God Filled with the Holy Ghost Having peace in my life  Knowing that God hears me We cried together. The people that surround us need to hear encouragement and love from God's people. They need the opportunity to walk into a church that preaches truth, that has life! They need to see God through you!  Don't be afraid to cry with them. God put you with them at that moment... God knew they needed you ...

Little Miss is Back :)

Well, well, well. :) Look who just posted. Meagan Rowell is coming back to the blog-o-sphere! After I stopped blogging, I was thinking of what I had posted. (in 2010) *thoughts* Did it really help anybody with their walk with God? Did it honestly help?! Several people emailed me and well, I'm starting it back up, aren't I. :) Look forward to more posts... and ladies, new hair tutorials ;) I've got a few treats up my sleeve for this new "chapter"  in "They Say... "She is Unashamed." Love, Meggs
