Update from the Rowell house

Hello everyone.

Tonight we had a youth activity at the church but I skipped out because I wanted to come and see my Aunt Sue. She got tired of being in the hospital (I would have too) and asked to leave. Now, she is staying at my Mamaw & Papaw's house...all her machines are here as well :(

From what I see, she isn't doing very good. Aunt Sue bruises easily and she has bruises all over her body. She looks so fragile. I asked her, just a few minutes ago, how she felt. She said,

"I feel a little better...but not much."

Some of our family was here (I am spending the night at Mamaw's). We had a good dinner :) I enjoyed every moment I got to spend with them. Us girls/women were hanging out in Brook's bedroom (where Aunt Sue is staying). It's super girly (EVERYTHING is PINK) so I'm sure she loves it :) lol. Well, it was Aunt Sue, Auntie Trina, Auntie Deb, Auntie Jodi, Auntie Elaine, Mom, and Mamaw. I was also in this lil' girl circle :) They got to talking about Aunt Sue, what happened, what she has said, and what the doctors have said. Aunt Sue told Auntie Deb,

"The Lord told me to get ready to go...."

God told her to be prepared for when I take you into Heaven. :') We cry because it's sad that Aunt Sue is leaving us so soon but we also rejoice because she is going to be with the King, our Savior, the Father, and her Healer. God is so good to my family.

*I'm trying to stop tears*

So many miracles. I can't explain how GOOD HE HAS BEEN and ALWAYS WILL BE. I'm sure you all feel this way about something in your life that God has done for you. There's so much to thank Him for. I wouldn't know where to begin but my heart is filled with thanks.

Thank you for all your prayers and please keep praying for the Rowell families. We love you all and God bless.

Bible Quizzer

Umm.... I had no idea what I was getting myself into lol! This is my first year of Bible Quizzing and man! I love it!!!!! :D I can't wait to go to the competitions!! :D We have to learn over 400 verses but as Bro. Vick & Brendan said "Don't look at the numbers." It's easier when you don't look at numbers and you just memorize and go over them everyday!!! I'm so excited!!! It has motivated me to get done with schoolwork lol. I hope we have a good (NOOO, a GREAT!) team so we can go to more competitions. :) Fun & traveling! Which teams do you know that are awesome Bible Quizzers?? Do you have any tips for a first time BQ??? :)

Family Weekend (Day 2)

Go to "Family Weekend (Day 1)" here :) Day 2: Celebrate Uncle Jerry Sr. and Aunt Loretta's 45th wedding anniversary :) / Family Reunion SURPRISE!!!!!!!!! Get this.. my Uncle Jerry Sr. thought he was going to preach "Family Weekend" at Jerry Jr.'s church in Yuma. Lol. He thought it was just the church and their families. He called his son (Jerry Jr) and asked if Aunt Marg and Uncle Babs could come (remember, they didn't know it was the Rowell family that was actually there) so Jerry Jr said OF COURSE! :) LOL we had to keep the surprise from Uncle Jerry Sr and Aunt Loretta. (Waiting for the wonderful couple to arrive) My cousin Jerry Jr pretended like it was a normal service and when he gave the signal, we stood up and faced Uncle Jerry Sr and Aunt Loretta. They were soooo shocked! :) We started singing "Happy Anniversary to you" to the tune of  the "Happy Birthday" song. The service was sooo beautiful. They played their wedd
